About Tabo Monastery
The monastery’s earthen halls preserve murals and sculptures, with meditation caves in the hillside above Tabo. It is the main cultural visit at the start of day 4.
Stay overnight in Tabo on day 3, then allow time for the monastery before continuing to Dhankar. Follow the monastery’s rules for entry and photography.
