Losar appears on day 8 after leaving Kaza, before crossing Kunzum Pass towards Chandratal. It belongs to the seasonal part of the circuit.
The onward road and the Chandratal overnight arrangement need confirmation for your dates. An open road from Shimla to Kaza does not establish that this crossing is accessible.
